Reliance Company — Regarding not providing talk time for 28 days

I have recharge an unlimited talktime of Rs. 152 on 28/01/2017 having transaction ID No. 3038719 to my mob No. [protected] through My Recharge Apps.
But service of outgoing unlimited plan of above amount was going effectively upto 08/02/2017. Thereafter, this service in not working and when dialing number (outgoing call), it says that this route is busy and call later sometime nor call can be done. I also tried to make complain on their customer care number i.e. 198 which fails everytime and not response to me on dialing this number. Such case was also happened before. Now I am compelled to complain this against Reliance Service being not given me as per their plan.

Therefore, I kindly urge your office to resolve this complaint lodged by me against this company and let me know the result arrived at through my above mob No. or email ID ([protected]@gmail.com).

Early action on this complaint is highly appreciated.
