Dear sir/Mam This is to inform you that iam regular customer in your reliance fresh on 13/11/2011 address is Reliance Fresh Limited TMA Mahal ,NO-9 48 th street ,Nanganallur, Chennai-600061 my card no- [protected] is . I purchased from Reliance fresh Nanganallur oulet in Chennai for Rs 4117 in Three bills First bill Amount was 3399/ bill no- C7301, #0233, Timing- , 17.34:18, S02049 , R0033, second bill amount was 559 bill no- C7301 # 0256,Timing -18.15:14 S0204949 ,R003:Third bill amount was 159 /bill no - C7301,#0260 , Timing- 18.51 .In the first the Tall girl in the billing counter said that she has swiped the membership card even the men in outside free delivery person that he told that card was swiped during transaction after coming to my house i saw in the second and third bill my card no was printed and not in the first bill Why i don't know why .they are doing this work with negligence .Please take necessary action to credit my 41 points on 13/11/2011 date of purchase I also request to send me a new card old card no- [protected] Reason -Card Defacted Thanking you With Regards V.K.Subramanian A6 ,Ishwarya appartments Plot no-22, Viswanathapuram Nanganallur,Chennai-600114 Tamilnadu Mob no-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
