[Resolved] Reliance - GSM — NON Intimation for change in plan | |||
dear sir my mob no. [protected] i am using reliance GSM connection & Start the RS.47 GPRS internet peak (auto renewal) which give me 100 mb daily data with 30 days validity, but Reliance going to change policy and validity period give by the only 10 day. without any intimation. when i ask the customer care they said that we have sand all o[censored] a sms about that and because of your DND activation you did not received sms. please guide me or take an action about that. please do the need ful.
