my mob no. [protected]
i am using reliance GSM connection & Start the RS.47 GPRS internet peak (auto renewal) which give me 100 mb daily data with 30 days validity, but Reliance going to change policy and validity period give by the only 10 day.
without any intimation. when i ask the customer care they said that we have sand all o[censored] a sms about that and because of your DND activation you did not...

After activate gprs pack, though they charge from main balance for surfing.

I have been activited gprs plan worth Rs. 5/-, According to that scheme i eligible for 50 mb surfing & downloading during 24 hrs. i activated this plan at 12:25 AM.
So after getting activation msg, i surfed internet but they charged from main balance.
Further more customer representative responsed was bad, he told me that your plan activated at 12:25 Am
and end at 12:32 am.
so it is not possible to surf 50...
