[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Prepaid Connection — Barring of service

sir,
i am using my reliance prepaid connection which i took 2 weeks back.As i am nt a permanent resident of chennai i was nt able to give the local address proof.So intialy after a week they barred the service.Never mind, as per their directive i took a proof of my local adress with my Voter's id card and licence copy and photographs for the same.
The local address proof is the one issued by my company, which was even accepted by a bank as a proof of my local address.
after submission of these details they resumed the service.But after 2 days, they again barred the service and they are requesting me to again go to the reliance outlet.
In a metro city like chennai its very diffcult for people to move around so also majority of the people in such a big city are from diff places and they will be able to provide they proof which is issued by the office hr department.
I currently want this issue to be solved as fast as possible.

Prepaid connection — Service Barred without notice

I am using Airtel Phone since last Five Months wide No. [protected]. I have duly submitted required documents for variation, And my phone was in service because airtel found my identity true and correct. But just two days before Airtel barred services of my phone suddenly without any pre notice via phone or sms. Upon contact I came to know that my services are barred due to non filling of variafication form. But I never can understand that if my form was not filled than how airtel was providing me services without having a proper variafication for upto five months

At this stage I am having a great loss of my work due such kind of poor survice which is providing by airtel.

Reliance Prepaid Connection — Service Barred

I have been using Reliance pre-paid connection ([protected]) since last 10 months. On 4th April night Reliance has barred my calls without giving any intimation about the same. When i contacted Reliance care first they told because of documentation call has been barred. Then i asked how they can do this without any intimation. After that customer care executive put me on hold and went away. Again i made a call to customer care they asked there is technical problem in all the system of Reliance so she is not able to give me details and asked me to make call after 30 minutes.

Again i made a call to customer care first she told b'coz of documentation problem, after that she told there is some technical problem from Reliance end and all the reliance customer are facing same problem.

I confirmed with my friend who is also using Reliance connection, his cell was working. So again i made a call to customer care for knowing the exact reason n tentative time to resolve the problem.

But again they told that there is documentation problem and talking so rudely and in between disconnected the call.

I am not able to decide what I should do. I am totally disconnected with my friends and relative. Today I had to attend a concall with clients.

Even its became so pathetic to talk to customer care b'coz of their rude behavior.

Any one can plz help in this regard.

Prepaid connection — service related

i had postpaid connection of this company.but i was not satisfied with the billing so i migrate my connection to prepaid.
but they have not satrted my services of messaging . when i contatc customer care111 thye told me that they have intentionally not started my services.my bussiness is totally depends on my no.[protected].
pls tell me what to do

Reliance GSM — Connection Barred

I would like to here by register a complaint regarding my barred connection on [protected]. As a reliance customer,I have to face lots of trouble with my connection in one or the other way.Despite of submission of documents against the connection,My connection is barred.I called up customercare and have been asked to resubmit the documents.
I'm fed up with this process.Its not my responsibility.It lies with dealer.If it doesnt, then why should dealer be given authority to sell the sim cards. I'm harrased to the hilt.I want serious action to be taken as the other customers dont have to face the same.I have alreday incurred lots of release of my connection.

Reliance GSM Prepaid Connection — cricket alert

i want to deacctivate cricket alert on my phone.i have not suscribed for it.rs.5 is deducted everyday from my balace.
