Reliance GSM Prepaid — Careless attitude of the customer care executives | |||
Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice, that On 24-10-10, Reliance GSM Service providers activated some pack on my number by default and cut an amount of 45 rupees regarding the same. similarly another pack called movie masala was activated and then renewed as well and another 50 rupees were cut from the balance on 28-10-10. I tried contacting the customer care many times but in no vain. It used to be either busy or the call did not get connected. Finally, on 28-10-10 the call was paid heed to and to my surprise the executive was so rude. He was no where close to being polite and then he told me that these packs had been activated and the confirmation had been given my me. This is a lie as I did not get either of the packs activated and neither was I sent any confirmation message which he claims was sent. A very poor showcase of the services from reliance. I am highly disappointed with the service providers as well as the customer care executive's manner of speaking to the customer. Kindly look in the matter. Losing 95 rupees for nothing is not a joke. This can be repeated in future also with the providers claiming that the customer got the pack activated but the customer wouldn't even know which pack got activated on his/her number. Prepaid connection — customer care is careless
Hi,I would like to bring this to your notice that your customer care service on airtel 121 No. is bad than Reliance.
I received a miss call from [protected] when I called the person back Rs.30.00 is deducted from my prepaid balance in few secs.
Hence I called Airtel customer care 121 no. the person without providing me an answer disconnected the call from his end ..... that's not all I recall customer care 121 no. a lady picked-up the call when I said I would like to complain against the person in customer care I spoke to 1st she said line is not clear and she disconnected once again no names of person in Airtel customer care mentioned.I wonder is it Airtel customer care service or third party service provider but as mention your 121 no. is stupid and useless.
If your company can not provide service or handle the growing connection I am fine changing the operator.
