[Resolved]  Reliance GSM SIM — Sim not activated

Sir, I have purchased reliance sim from a reliance stall which was arranged near my house i.e.,Neredmet X Roads, Hyderabad on date 12/02/2010. The offer was Rs.52/- talktime and 1rupee per 3min and daily 500 messages free for 1 month. The sim is not activated still now and i did not get the offer also. Its like I paid 100rs only for the sim chip. I called Customer Care many times, sometimes its busy & sometimes they say contact the dealer. Now where can I find the dealer , It was the stall arranged for few days. My reliance number is [protected]. I submitted all the documents and a passport size photo also and still why is it not activated.
