[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Smart — Deducting more amount for STD Calls after recharge Rate Cutter

I am Relaice GSM smart Customer my no is [protected].on 29/01/2012 i put ratecutter/STD Booster Pack for Rs.25/-.AS per Reliance in this Pack first 200STD mins,they have to cut 0.25Paise/min,But they are cutting more than the prescribed amonut.If i complained to Customer care they are not giving proper reply,they are saying "i cant able to trace".I wont tolerate this,for the past 5 days i lost more than 25 Rs,due to your improper biling system..i request you to give me proper answer for my problem.
