[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Smart — mnp

Dear Sir/mam,

I am Lokendra singh chouhan having your company (reliance smart gsm)
mobile prepaid connection and my mobile nos are [protected]/[protected].
On 09th June 2011 I send one port out request to transfer my number
from your company to Vodafone. But after some days Vodafone tells me
that reliance rejected my port out request. your custmor care and
custmor relationship office didnot give clear answer.

from last 2month i am continuously calling reliance customer care, going reliance gsm custmor relationship center and mailing reliance gsm nodal officer's email address but no reply from its custmor care and custmor relationship center and also no reply from your nodal officer in this regards,

They rejected my mnp request for the mobile number [protected]/[protected] for unkonwn reason and they are unble to give reason for the rejection. They are also neglected my mails on continues basis.
