[Resolved]  Reliance GSM Smart — lost mobile with sim

I have lost my mobile and the mobile no.is [protected].I have given written complaint to the concerned police station at muzaffarpur, but they have not given me a copy of FIR till now.My sim no.is[protected].I wanted to block the sim, but the distributor did not do that and asked me to produce a copy of FIR.How can I block my sim if the police does not give me the copy of FIR.What will happen if any body misuse my sim with ulterior motive.Why another people will request to block the sim of another people.I have my identification to show and the original paper given by sim provider is with me.

I, therfore, request you to block my sim to avoid misuse of the above sim.

Reliance GSM Smart — Did not activated new sim after 48 hrs.

I buy a new sim on 03rd of November 08 & my no is [protected].
Today is 5th of November till date that sim was not activated.
When i am complainig this thing shopowner show me the distributor point, distributor point show me the customer care & customer care tell your document yet not submitted by distributor. After that i am called to Mr. Prabir -TM of our Area.
He told me "give 2hrs. I will solve the problem".
Already 5hrs gone still that sim was not activated. At this moment i am thinking this smart connection really belongs to reliance Group?

gsm mobile no.9835466301 — Lost of Mobile with Sim

I have lost my mobile on 30/04/2009 at muzaffarpur junction.I have given an written complaint to Incharge Rail thana, Muzaffarpur junction on 02/05/2009 alongwith a photo copy of receipt of sim no.[protected] provided to me, but I have not been provided a copy of FIR for the reason best known the rail thana, muzaffarpur.They are calling me time and again for one pretext or another.I have gone to the distributor of reliance gsm at muzaffarpur, but they denied to block my sim.I don't think that why a person will approach to block the sim to another person without a valid paper.
therefore i request to block my above sim no.to avoid misuse of my sim with ulterior motive.

Reliance GSM Smart — Call Charges Service

I'm ABHISHEK SAHU from JABALPUR, MADHYA PRADESH. I've Reliance Smart GSM No. [protected]. I've done the voucher of Rs 58/- for per sec. plan. But my call charges is not according to 58 sec. plan it is 0.99 Rs. per call, I've registerd the complaint in Realince customer care in [protected] which complaint no. is[protected], which is not properly resolved and still i've charged 0.99 Rs.per call. so please resolved the problem as soon as possible and please adjust the balance of mine account acoording to suitable plan.

Reliance GSM Smart — Foreclose Charges

Hi, It Is Sanjay Jain From Ujjain
Iam User Of 5 postpaid connections and 1 netconnect with Reliance GSM service.
When I Went To Reliance Customer Care For Surrendering My Connections They Asked Me To Submit 15 days Advance Payment. (Foreclose Charge)
But When I Asked Customes Care (Reliance By Calling 58200) they told that they will talk to me after sometime but I got no reply from even after the whole day.

Reliance GSM Smart — Unwanted deduction of money for cricket updates

I have been charged for unwanted crickets update which was automatically activated at my Sim No [protected].
Request deactivate and give a confirmation msg and my balance accordingly.

i had a sim of smart, in that sim the balance is lost day by day.
when i go to customer care of mandsaur they didnot give any answer.
yesterday only i had recharged my no. wit rs.50 & today my current balance is rs. .79paisa.if any service is activatd then deactivate that,here customer care is telling that no service is activated.
i want my all the lost balance. i also want you to change the incharge of the customer care mandsaur.i also want you to take nrcessary action.
my balance should re return in 60.00 min from now.

Reliance GSM Smart — DEDUCTION FROM BALANCE WITHOUT INFORMATION

I Sandeep Singh is the user of Reliance Smart GSM having number [protected]. On 17 August Rs 75 was deucted without any prior confirmation from my side from my main balance. After calling on customer care they are not receiving and answering my call. This is really shameless on the part of this service provider acting like a white collar thief deucting my balance from my account. My balance has to be returned and all undue deuctions has to be cancelled otherwise forcely i will change my portability.

Reliance Smart GSM — Unwanted deduction of amount

Dear Sir/Madam, My number is [protected] from Reliance GSM. I have a complaint regarding unwanted balance deduction relating to Jokes.my amount is being deducted every moth due to Jokes.so please deactivate this Jokes pack.

There is no response from smart care. When i call them they say to hold the call after that they disconnect it. I also did online complain that day but i did not get any response or an call from customer care.

so please respond to my complain and give my balance back.
