Dear Sir,

I Durga Prasad Mishra would like to bring to your notice that my daughter Tanisha Mishra was suffering from severe fever, vomiting and headache do to which we are advice from the doctor in Hemraj Jain Hospital to admit as she was very week.

So we admitted her on[protected] and after treatment she was diagnose[protected] after which I filled a claim of (Rs. 13807.00) on[protected] which was denied by some reason of medical documents which we are unable to understand and I am not a medical person it is the hospital and the claim provider to arrange the documents which are not provided, even then we provided a certificate from the hospital and sent the same but we are not getting proper response and the doctors available on phone are going on postponing the matter without proper answer. I reminded them second time by speed post dated 22-7-10 which was received by Medi Assist on[protected] by Mr. Ravi present on duty and the again sent a reminder by Madhur Courier on[protected] which was received their by[protected] by same person Mr. Ravi but no response was received so now I request your good selves to kindly look into the matter and help me in getting my claim.
