[Resolved]  Reliance HR Services — pf money not received

Dear concern.
i was woked in reliance communications since jan 2006 to 3march2009 in above mentioned organization in bangalore karnataka state. after resignation iapplied for my pf money in13 march 2009 and i got same acknowledgement on july2009 which was the sent document copy to mumbai pf office and from dec2009 to still i keep on contacting to the pf call center no[protected],[protected], after 30 minutes call center people lift the phone but they dont know basic english knowledge and they get reply that my pff is settlled in jan2010 and the respected cheues are dispached but still for my bank a/c single np not credited i dont know where my cheque was dispached even though i submit cancelled cheque while applying for pf, still pf money not credited plz look into this matter and let me know
