Reliance HR Services — Delay in transfer of PF amount

I was working with Reliance HR Servicesbased at Dhanbad as a Sr. Associate Manager looking after DST team from 1st June 2006 till 30thSeptember 2010.At the time of leaving the organization I have given proper information about it and was in regular touch with Mr. Mayank Verma who was looking after the Outbound department. In the month of November 2010 I have submitted the entire document required for claiming the Provident Fund amount which was deducted in my 4 yrs working period and according to Mr. Mayank the claim was to be credited till 31st March 2011.
But till date nothing has been done and adding to that Mr. Mayank has left the system as well. As per communication from Mr. Mayank now I have to contact Ms Rosy who has joined in place of him. I also had conversation with Ms Rosy but didn’t get in positive reply.
