Reliance Infocom — transfer of prepaid fwp

i have got a landline fwp reliance phone which is activated from west bengal number,now i have been transfered to allahabad, for this reason i went to reliance web world in civil lines allahabad but they refused my request to transfer the same to allahabad, stating that they have stopped profile change and there is no other option remains for me to activate mt cdma fwp phone.
