[Resolved]  Reliance Insurance Company — Cheated by reliance insurance company

Two Months 17/03/2010 ago i took on house hold insurance policy through online. I paid the money by my credit card. daily one man is calling me taking the insurance policy. The amount debited my credit card on same time. policy no. is [protected]. the same time they told me policy document will send you within 10 days. after 2 months nothing will be happened. every day i am contacting by Email no answer. By telephone bla bla bla . After that i claim against an electrical appliance which is under the insurance policy. no reply. So. I am cheated with the reliance insurance co. My advice is no body take any insurance policy through reliance. they will cheat you. no answer and no reply. from the company. if any body join any insurance policy you will be cheated by the company soon. My money already eated by Reliance Insurance Co.

Now I Realized that the reliance co. grow with cheating with customers
No Response from the company. only they have colored web site. through the services they will not reply

please my advise is that not join any insurance policy though reliance insurance Co.

yes reliance insurance a big cheating company
I am also a reliance insurance consumer. I got good services. I got all my policy documents within a week.

I've read so many complaints regarding this or that brands. People should understand why it's happened to them. Kindly note that reliance or any other brand work by business associates. Obviously a policy document is always bought by a policy agent or any bank. Actually, its the agent who doesn't avail good services and due to their poor services, known brands are facing this kind of rebells.

Earlier, I didn't understand about it. But Its not digestible that such known brands can do this. There are lots of consumers for these brands. Not everyone make complaints. This was the reason, that compelled me to search for the depth about these things.

Ultimately, I got the results according to them:

1. Consumers should know well from where they are purchasing the product.

2. If they are purchasing the product online, then I think they should ensure about the correctness of web processings.

3. Its always better to go directly to the company to close a deal or to go a reputed bank. Never pay premiums even to the employee of the company as I've seen due to some bad employees, the brands get bad images. So, take information from employee but ultimately pay via DD or cheque.

4. People living in abroad should use carefully online banking. They don't know whats happening to their account day to day.

I request all consumers that they should buy a product physically visiting a company rather to make a purchase online. Though online purchasing are comfortable, but its not safe. This is because of cyber crime. No body knows what happened to their pay pal account or alert pay or other kinds of account by these cyber crimers. Due to such notorious people, good brands have to face problems.

Kindly think about it.
There is rampant Cheating in this type of cases. All such calls are only telephonic calls and stating this scheme is only for today.

To fight and put a stop, let us all get together, and Exchange information of the Company, Their Registered Office Address, Executive's name, Mobile Numbers and Their land line Numbers.

Some one will have to Bell the Cat.
Can you all please share this kind of Information, we will make an attempt to Put a stop to it.
