I took a reliance internet data card 3 months back n i got 2 months of unlimited package for free. i have used their service for 1 month after that some problem was created by the relince internet data card sales person they have blocked my data card i have call them many time's but no reply i went to their office twice n for the second time i have submitted my required documnets again. still there is no reply. I have crossed my limit of patients now i serously want to register a complaint is this the right place.

Extremely poor service. No body is ready to listen the problems.
 
I have taken the reliance data card two months back after using 15 -16 days i face some problem in reliance data card it is not functioning properly. I visited service centre twice but in replacement i recieved false functioning data card still my data card is not working well.I am fed of this data card.


Please do not buy reliance data card.

I have bought a reliance data card from one of the reliance web world centres, located at paradise circle, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, at the time of purchasing the Data Card I have clearly asked them to give me a package of Rs-400 but they have given me an unlimited package of Rs-1500/month about which I was not aware and suddenly one fine day thay have sent me a an sms saying my usage is high and need to make some part payment and the very next minute they have disconnected the services... I kept calling the customer care people but no proper response....

Please take some action against this and make sure no customer would suffer with such Idiotic telecom services.

Speed was very slow
Bill was Around 1700 for just using 7 days.

we using ur data card from last 6 months no:09323651537 .we have complain yesterday about it the toldme thaht they will activate withen 24 hr but till now the service is not been activated complain no is :61029653 . pls activate it as early as possible as its urgent and for that we are finding difficulties in our bussiness conversation

This is ashish my internet connection disconnected on 28/12/07 because of non payment, am surprised because mine is new connection not yet completed 30 days and when i asked customer care tahy says your payment due date is 12/01/08!!!!!!!. Called many time but no answer from customer care. They dont bother if u suffer, your work is pending. But still we prefer to go with it y we dont have answer???? Worst part is that nobody listen from reliance end.... i am sure if you write 1000 time also nobody will listen and will go like this only. in this case customer is not king but >>>>>>>?? nobody bother we are like this only..... thanks enjoy
 
Are bhai hai koi sunnewala??? koi nahi, we are like this only. i know nobody will take action.. time is gone when u need network is not there....

hi i ve purchased reliance data card (make mg-880) two months back. but as claimed the speed of 144KBPS is never achied and the frequency of page non-display is very high. it is not understood inspite of full network why the card cannot display the requiste page.
my data card no is 9374797200 and i request you to sort out the problem and contact me on 9442259425 or 9376528240 for understanding the details.
for other i ll never recommend reliance data card. the services are far below standard and pathetic.

i purchased reliance data card from Rel outlet and they claimed me that speed is 144 KBS but now i am getting less then 20 KBS. some time site doesnt open. if you think that this best services then plz take back my card, i dont need. My Airtel is good for that. plz help me to take back my card.

Hello,

Well i also use reliance net connect. The speed is better than other mobile internet provider. But the bloody problem is with there service!!!..... well they dont have a sense of service... i put in a change of billing address like two months ago and they still have not changed my address.......how do i know? because i have not got the bill for the past two months and the connection is disconnected. i personally think it was a waste of Rs 3000 for the modem. there should be some forum in india where we should be able to sue the service provider for poor serivce.

i am sorry to inform u about the internet service provided by ur haldawani center (uttarakhand),as after advance pament made by me they have disconnected my net connect, and after inquiring about it they make a excuse to miss placing the pament made by me in some other account...
i am really sorry to state that if this will be the condition, then we have to look for other options....

My name is Saurabh Gupta, ludhiana, I am another victim of reliance dat card, i was using their services from almost 7-8 months. In november, there was some discrepency in my bill payment. I wasn't able to use my services due to some technical problem with their data card and setting. One of their executive called up to solve the problem and when i asked him about waiver for those 20days which i cudn't use service, he asked me to drop an email to customer care and they reverted back they are looking into the matter.
And I have been asked to pay the bill this time and rest will be adjusted in next bill but it wasn't ajsted, SO i stopped the payment and instead of resolving the issue for me they hve disconnected my connection from January.
Pathetic experience.

Its taking 15 minutes to open a page, now one can imagine what a kind of trauma i have undergone from past one year. Repeated complaints to customer care remains unheard.Is there any one alive in C/C.
 
I have taken a reliance data card no 9313293836 from a sales person dated 29/1/2008. But as per commitment I am not receiving the speed. Only I am able to chat . After so many complain to Reliance Customer Care I have not received any positive response. Internet Connection through reliance data card to too poor that I am not able to surf internet. Though I have a core 2 duo Processor & 1 GB RAM there after I am facing problem. I just want that either Reliance provide me good speed or replace my data card. I also suggest people planning to purchase reliance data card. Kindly look into the matter before investing money. These are the big company but we middle class family should think before investing..

Worst internet service - Reliance

I am using internet via RConnect from lifetime mobile phone.

The internet speed is horribly slow, getting dormant after every few seconds, where as charges are 40p in night and 60p in morning.

It is requested that reliance should give proper attention for better service rather than earning profits by giving such poor service.
 
Hi, am Annshul Jain, Pune, I am another victim of this reliance data card, i am using their services since 5-6 months. I was offered a two months free subscription, at the end of this subscription my plan was automatically switched to unlimited access @ 1500/- without informing me. When I spoke with the reliance web world representative about this, I got to know that it was my responsibility to have gone to the center, to change the plan and the only way to settle it, is to pay the bill. I want to ask, is this the way big companies work...no intimation, no mail before changing my plan..??
Also the speed these days has gone so low that its impossible to surf on the net, it takes 5-10 minutes to open a site...forget about downloading, on this the customer care representative repeatedly keeps on telling me that the problem will be solved in 1-2 days when the problem is persisting since long...I am so damm frustrated..!!
Now I recommend people not to opt for reliance data card, even if you getting it for free.

Sub: Regarding the complaint in the speed of USD Modem

I purchased one Reliance MG 880 modem on 05/03/08. I am using windows xp pack2 operating system and AMD processor in my laptop. When I am connecting the USB modem of reliance I am getting only a speed of 28.8kb/s. It will take more than 45 min for me to check even a single mail and more than 10 min to open a homepage. The downloading speed is coming to 1kb/s and sometimes 0kb/s and hanging the download. I had raised the complaint to Mumbai reliance (02230094434)on 23/03/08.They informed me that one person will soon contact me from my local area to rectify the issue. Nobody called me. After that I personally went to the Reliance web world of Karamana, Trivandrum on 18/04/08 and raised the same complaint. They took my address and contact no and informed me that one person will visit my residence to check the issue by 8.45pm on 19/04/08. I took one day leave and waited upto 5pm. Nobody came and they didn’t call me at all. I am really faded with this issue and this connection is becoming a burden to me. Please give me a solution to my problem
