[Resolved]  Reliance Internet Data card — Service is not good

I have bought a reliance data card from one of the reliance web world centres (model MG 880 date 28.09.08). I am using windows xp pack2 operating system in my laptop. When Im connecting the USB modem of reliance I am getting only a speed of 24kb/s. downloading speed is coming to 1kb/s and sometimes 0kb/s and hanging the download. I had raised the complaint to my purchase centre as well as customer care *333. They give chennai ashok nagar service centre address .i goto ashok nagar service centre the service person asked me this is only mobile service centre not a datacard . what can i do ?...
i ask two question
what is mean by customer care ????
what is mean by purchase centre ????
Please give me a solution to my problem

i am workig for a bank. we purchased Relianece data cards to our organisation near to 30. Ok they are working well and speed also good. these people who is supplying data cards that fellows not giving proper support to us. now i want another new one data card so this fellows are nor giving support and service since last one month

I did purchase one no. of reliance data card from "Vriti Interactive | Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd.
B-75, Sector 63, Noida - 201301 India”. They told that our card will work with in a day but after two days
Vriti Infocom person not picking our phone. So I can say this attitude is not good and I am really very sad to take this card.

hi iam guhan 4m madurai, i have asked for a new connection b4 2 weekz but still now no response 4m t branch office in madurai but they have collected t money 4m me but still now t new connection is not activated if any reliance authorised officer see tis comment i req. them plz plz plz 2 call me without fail

Reliance Data Card — Not good service

i purchaged reliance data card for internet.they told me...In your net plan 2 months free surfing & downloading.than after i used one month.that time net connection is ok. but after 1 month my data card not connected to internet.so i call in riliance office.they told me your net will started only 2 days.i also call in reliance costumer care..thay told same...
i gone thier distance of every 2 days...they always told me start your net in only 2 days....
today 2 month is completed but my internet is not start...

so give me proper answer...& plz support me for sollution....
