I, NILESH SHAH AN ADVISOR IN RLIC, HIMAYATH NAGAR BRANCH OF HYDERBAD REQUEST YOU TO STOP MALPRACTISES & MISAPPROPRIATING OF FUNDS CONTINUES TO HAUNT THIS BRANCH SINCE MORE THAN TWO YEARS AS NO BRANCH MANAGER IS UNABLE TO PERFORM & EXCEL TO BEST OF HIS ABILITIES FOR VARIOUS REASONS :


MANY OF THE ADVISORS HAVE NOT GOT COMMISSIONS & ARE STILL NOT GETTING COMMISSIONS AS THESE ADVISORS WERE LOGGED ON DUMMY CODES & LATER ON AFTER THEY GOT CODE THEY WERE TRANSFERRED FROM ONE MANAGER TO ANOTHER SALES MANAGER .

SUCH AS MOST OF THE SENIOR SALES MANAGER & S.M GOT BENEFITTED AS THEY DID MAPPING OF THE ADVISORS UNDER THEM . SURPRISIGLY DINAKAR, S.S.M, PRASAD S.M, BHADRI J.S.M HAVE MAPPED 35 - 40 ADVISORS UNDER THEM & HARDLY THEY HAVEN`T DONE ANY RECRUITMENT FROM THEIR OWN SIDE BUT SURPRISINGLY EVEN IF THEY DID NOT DO ANY BUSINESS, THEIR BUSINESS REFLECTED A MASSIVE BUSINESSS IN THE SYSTEM AS THEY WENT ON MAPPING OLD ADVISORS UNDER THEM. PLEASE CHECK THEIR ACTUAL BUSINESS FROM OCTOBER 2008 TO MARCH 2009 ????????

INTERESTIGLY THEY WERE ABLE TO PULL ON FOR TWO YEARS WITH THE HELP OF THE BRANCH HEAD & REGIONAL MANAGER GETTING THEIR SALARIES & INCENTIVES IN TIME, BUT THEY HAVE NOT CARED ABOUT THE ADVISORS WHO LOGGED IN THE POLICIES & WHO ARE FORCED TO WORK UNDER ONE SALES MANAGER TO ANOTHER SALES MANAGER FOR JUST 2-3 MONTHS & NO ONE BOTHERED ABOUT OUR COMMISSION, GIFTS & CONDUCTING MOTIVATIONAL SEMINARS.


YOU BOAST A LOT INFRONT OF OPEN SEMINARS BUT WHAT HAPPENS IS THAT ALL THE REGIONAL, BRANCH MANAGERS, SALES MANAGERS & OFFICE BOY BHADRI EAT AWAY ALL THE FUNDS WHICH WERE SUPPOSED TO REACH US & NO SNACKS OR GIFTS ACTUALLY REACHES US & IN THIS SCENARIO HOW CAN WE CONTINUE TO GIVE MORE BUSINESS ?????

SIR, PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR EXPANSION OF MORE BRANCHES BUT INSTEAD WE NEED GOOD & CORRUPT FREE MANAGEMENT – SO, PLEASE CHANGE THE COMPLETE STAFF WITH NEW BLOOD, NEW ENTHUSIASM & NEW BUSINESS – SO THAT WE FEEL MOTIVATED TO COME TO THE OFFICE & REGULARLY GIVE NEW BUSINESS IN FUTURE.



THIS IS ALSO ONE OF THE STRONG REASONS WHY ADVISORS ARE NOT MOTIVATED TO WORK HERE BUT FELT BETTER IF WE WORK SOME WHERE ELSE WHERE MANIPULATIONS ARE AT LOWEST & THIS IS ALSO THE REASON WHY THIS BRANCH IS DOING AT EXTREMELY LOW BUSINESS THIS YEAR.


WE INFORMED& HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING TO VENKATA KRISHNA, BRANCH MANAGER BUT SO FAR NO ACTION HAS BEEN INITIATED.


PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY AT THE EARLIST AS WE ALL ADVISORS ARE PLANNING TO GO TO IRDA AND GIVE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT AGAINST THE MALPRACTISES OF RLIC, HIMAYATHNAGAR.

IS 10173783 NAME PRIYA GANESH NAIDU, AND NAME OF THE POLICY IS CASHFLOW, AS PER THE TELEPHONIC TALK WITH YOUR CUSTOMERCARE AS WELL AS IN THE BRANCHES IN AHMEDABAD, NOT A SINGLE PERSON IS THERE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, AND ON THE CONTRARY THEY TELL US THAT WE ARE UNAWARE OF THE SAME.

IF THIS IS THE SYSTEM OF YOUR RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE THAN WHY DO YOU RECRUIT THE PERSONS WHO ARE NOT AWARE AS TO WHEN THEY CAN ISSUE THE CHEQUE / DRAFT,

SINCE THE OPENING OF THE POLICY, MR. MUKESH NAGRU (FIELD MANAGER) TOLD THAT AT THE END OF THE FOUR YEAR YOU WILL GET YOUR CASH FLOW, , BUT IT IS MORE THAT 15 DAYS NOR YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PERSON NOR YOUR BRANCHES IN AHMEDABAD KNOWS ABOUT IT ANYTHING.

THE CUSTOMER CARE CONCERNED PERSON IS NOT EVEN READY TO TALK TO THE CLIENTS, WHY THAT IS GIVEN A SALARY NOT TO TALK TO THE CLIENTS OR NOT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF THE CLIENTS.

IN THE CUSTOMER CARE ALSO THE PERSONS WHO ARE RECRUITED ARE NOT AWARE OF THE SAME, AND WHO THE HELL SHALL BE FOLLOW.

IS THERE ANY EXPLAINIATION TO THIS FROM YOUR SIDES.
