[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — Missguided/wrong commitment for sale policy

Tellycaller told me that after providing all the documents along with cheque they will tell me the loan amount, interest rates & tenure of loan. without telling me anything they had credited my account & amount was transfer to my account without telling me any information. so Please help in this case.

Personal Loan — Discrepancies/Misguided

Dear sir,

In the month of July I was sanctioned Rs.15000/- as personal loan at that time your office executive contacted me on my mobile so many time and explained the conditions i.e. that no prepayment / interest will be charge by the bajaj auto finance against balance due. I paid your EMI's @Rs.875/- per month total Six EMI's paid by me i.e Rs.5, 250/-. Now the behaviour of your office executives and the attitude of your office personal I am no more interested in bajaj auto finance. So it is requested you to please arrange to send me my foreclosure statement after deducted about amount immdiately on my email address so enable me to deposit balance and close all the account lying with you.

It is also bring to your kind notice that while my repeated reminders and telephonic discussions with your Jaipur office no one provided me foreclosure letter and I have also taken a loan to purchase a computer and all the EMI's paid by me now nothing is lying with due when i visit your office personnaly they informed me that my documents and cheques will be sent to you by courier with in 7 working days. But till date nothing send by your office.

It is requested you to please provide me appropriate due statement after deducting my payments failing which i will write to my bank to stop payment of futher EMI's.

An immediate action is requested in this regard.

i take a personal loan from citi fininceial ref no 13342146 dated 14/09/2007 emi is 2246 but i can not received any detail or letter from bank or even i do't know my principal amount of loan

Please take the strict action against the agent who misguided me for sale

of Reliance insurance policy and canceled his agent code and the commit-

ion against my policy which is earned by him is transfer to me.

BEWARE... this is a big fraud going on in the nation for reliance life insurance loan scheme.. poor citizens get calls that they will get 0% interest loan for 10 years for purchase of a reliance policy. People fall in trap quickly, pay the premium.. and then get no loan etc... the agents disappear... the reliance life insurance company refuses to take ownership and will not refund your premium.. so you are kind of stuck..

I am a victim too but I will fight till end...
