Reliance Life Insurance — Policy Concern

Dear Team,

Below is one RLIC insurance policy customer who has surrender his both policies (Has has taken two policies from reliance) but the concern is that life assured is very old person and cant visit any far location for RLIC out let. He is not soo educated to raise his queries to the customer care desk. Even his policy agent is also not responding to him. Now he is very frustrated that he is not got his money back which is approx one lacs. and he badly need money in his old age. I dont have his policy details but i have his
