[Resolved] Reliance Mart — Very BAD response from Reliance Mart on faulty LG fridge | |||
I Purchased LG fridge on 1st Jan 2012 and Reliance Mart people had given delivery date in written on 2nd Jan. On 2nd Jan they called me saying that we are coming to deliver fridge by 2.00 PM but till 5-6 PM nobody came I tried calling those people but nobody was responding to my calls. Then at night 1.00 AM again I received call saying , sir, we are near to your house, do you want delivery now? I said Ok, please bring ASAP. After waiting for half an hour or so I called him, he said, "sir, I am not able to find your house I will deliver it in the morning." Next day after continuously calling they send fridge after that I have to take followup for technician. Two days later they send technician and found fridge is faulty and it has to be replaced in next two days. Got my fridge replaced, this time reliance mart said you can open the box and can check it. But I refused to open it till the technician come. Now Technician came and he just open the fridge and plugged in the supply and left. I read manual, it was saying that 6-8 hrs requires for cooling process. So I kept it running for 12 - 15 hrs. but still no cooling process is started. I again called to reliance for the same. He said technician will come and check. But today[protected], no one is bother about my complaint. Me and my family is getting too frustrate with this behavior of reliance mart people.
