Reliance Mobile GSM — activation of services without any subscription

dear sir,
I am using reliance gsm service with no. [protected] on the name of sudha prasad bearing sim no.[protected]....on my last two recharge....without any subscription they activated some service and deducted balance of rs 45....and every time i recharge my account they do the same thing....n when i called to customer care they are not picking up my call also.....please take some action against them sir....they are making these as a habit of earning money from customers.
