Dear sir,

I am using GSM service. My Mobile No.[protected]. Last One Year I am using this Number but
last 4 months automatically hot Gupshup Pack activated on my Mobile. Last 4 Months Many time
I called customer care Number. They are said next 24 hours your service is diactivated and sent
confirmation Sms. Many time I sent sms unsub SD ON 56363 but not any answer or replay.

Customer care person not given any complet number. Every time they are same answer next 24 hours your Hot gupshup pack is deactivated or Confirmation sms.Last 4 months many time Rs.5 to Rs.10 deducted my mobile. So please stop this Hot gupshup pack immediately or not activated in Future.

Reliance Mobile — Unauthorized cutting of Money

on 25Nov 09 i have recived a mass. which contain that i have activatyed style service for that my 30/- is cut off from my main balance
but i have not activated any service
so please a neseccsry action may be taken againest this

Reliance prepaid mobile service — Deduction of extra money by Reliance Mobile

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to Inform you that I am using Reliance Prepaid mobile [protected] from Last 8-9 months, yesterday dated 09/06/2010 at 12.09 pm i got a call from[protected], it was manual call i received it, a caller told about the offer regarding Astrology for 40 seconds & cut the call from his side without my response.

after one hour i got deducted my 20 rs.from my main balance.

I tried to complain customer care of Reliance Mobile but they were not loaded my complaint.
so i request you to provide a best solution for my problem, it is not a matter of 20 Rs. it is matter of Cheating.

Hope for the Immediate Solution.

Reliance prepaid mobile service — amount deducted

on 1-2 july in my prepaid mobile without my permission a caller tune was set,i made a complaint against that and got assurance along with a complaint no.sr[protected] that your caller tune will soon out of your mobile but on Sunday i.e.4th July only 9.54/= balance was there it means after my lodged complaint no action was taken,again i called back to customer care & a sms came "Amount deducted against CRBT is correct".
my question without my prior permission a caller tune is set and more over amount of ~50/= is also lapsed,this is not first time in my mobile.BUT this all want to share with the higher authorities too how fun fully customers are suffering.
hoping soon my problem will be considered.

Reliance prepaid mobile service — amount deducted

i am using reliance prepaid mobile for 6 yrs.usually in this i have faced problems regarding various services activated by telemarketing providers and throurgh reliance communication itself.today once again without my consent/will a music service is activated and a amount for that is deducted this all gives lots of troubles to the customers.over and above if complaint is lodge to the service provider a usual answer from there ,pls call latter no details are available at this moments.my mobile no is [protected]

My mobile No is [protected], since few month some amount is automatically deducted from my prepaid account. When I contaced to customer care they are saying that some services is activaed by you, however I have not activated any services.

Is reliance is cheating in this way and they are dedcting the money from consumers acc.

Is there any solution for this are should I change my provider?

This is Naresh Vanjani from Ahmedabad here and I received one mesaage from VG FRee 2 days ago and as per your Customer care agent informed that you can change your unlimited caller tune a any time without any deduction apart of that they deducted my 15 rupees plz i need my money back otherwise call me back on my number [protected].

May amount has been detected without any reason on 8 january 2011, I have also registered complain, and my complain no. is[protected], but i have not got any response or solution of this till now (12 january). Please help me to solve my problem.

Reliance Mobile Service — deduct money without permission

Reliance Mobile continue deduct on month on month on my no.[protected] activate movie masala pack 49 rs without my permision and tell me that it is not refundeble plz give me my blance for this cheap work

i truly agree with you. this has been happened thrice with me. they dont send you any confirmation of activation of not required service. What they do is just deduct some amount. Finally i have decided to switch over to a new service provider, as i am totally disappointed by RELIANCE, TrULY PATHETIC...

I am shailesh garde my mob.no [protected], U have deducated my 30 Rs from my balance without any information, I have not activated any service but when I contact your custmer care center, she does not give any support to me she said that I have activated this service, but I have not done this, then also I had said that if its wrongly connected, please disconnect that service as soon as, he said that I am doing to close that but next day again cut that amount, its mean u r company is doing by its own, its realy a sameful service provding to you are custmer, & all this mishape make me to switch over to anthor service

Reliance Prepaid Mobile — DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM PREPAID ACCOUNT

Dear Sir,

I am a defence employee and a reliance pre paid mobile user. My mobile no. is [protected].

Presently I am posted in Upper Assam and this No. is being used during my leave period (Only out side Assam). In the month of December Rs 60/- were deducted for providing some unwanted services. The amount was refunded by your customer care executive after verifying the fact that the mobile in not in use sinc last 3 months.

Again on 18 Mar 2011 the amount has been deducted to provide caller tune etc....etc.... where as the No. remain unused from 28 Jan 2011 to 14 Apr 2011. Surprise .... surprise on questioning to customer care he replied that this time it is on demand from your mobile phone.

Dear sir you may be aware of that any out side No. which is not provided by Assam Mobile Service Provider is not working in that area and How my mobile works when the sim card is kept away from mobile.

Keeping in view the fact I request that this type of fraud be stopped by your staff and my deducted amount be refunded at the earliest. Such servives which are not being requested by consumer should not br forcefully provided, and responsible person to do this be punished.

Reliance Prepaid — Unwanted services and charges

Dear Sir/Madam,
I m using Reliance prepaid no.[protected] from last 2 years.
Last two month i m facing big problems from reliance the company activate unwanted services without any permeation and deduct charges when I recharge the number.
I request many times to stop this things and the customer care person always assured me that all the services are deactivated from this number. But after sever days the same process start again. Every time new charges new services charges.
I THINK RELIANCE GOING IN LOSS SO THAT THEY ARE DOING THIS TYPE OF THINGS TO EARN MONAY.
I request you to do something so that prepaid customer save their money n time.

Reliance pre-paid mobile — Reg Unnecessary Deductions Each Month

Sir/Madam,

I am having Reliance GSM Connection for the past 1 Year. From the last 3-4 months, each month, they are deducting my Rs 30/-month, for un-necessary reasons. When I call them, they simply tell that you have opened the Reliance Web World, that why charges are deducted. I do not why? By simply opening the front page, your charges are deducted. I hope this happens in India only and particular with Reliance. One thing more, they are deducting the charges on every 16-17th of every month.

If you call them, ask for the registering the compliant, they wont do this. If you able to succeed in doing so, you will get answer, which is against you.

Rs 30/- is not a big amount for a single person in India. But when in comes to 10 crore then its matters. Hope you can understand.

I am giving my Service Reference, which I got from Reliance Customer Care[protected],[protected], [protected].

I don't want you to do something in this regard. I will simply switch to other subscriber. This is for awareness among other customers.

Me too facing the same problem. Reliance is really pathetic. Many customers face this problem o[censored]n-necessary deductions without customers permissions. I too would suggest to switch to others operators but before doing so you claim your money to be refunded first from reliance. This is not fair. They cant just deduct our money without our consent and activate useless services. I would request you to approach consumer court if possible.

Debiting amount from prepaid mobiles without proper acknowledgement and customer acceptance and providing no service . On enquiry they say we cannot refund or do anything but just book complaint
the customers are losers

yes true reliance is soo poor that it has to deduct sneakily without prior permission or information to the customer

Reliance PrePaid GSM — unnecessary Deducting the amount every month

Hai this is kishore, I am using reliance GSM prepaid([protected]).
From past 8 months they are deducting around 100 rs in every month and every 3 days they are deducting 3rs .After deducting the balance i have to give a callto the customer care but they are saying it a techinical problem from past 8 month. I got fedup these days.Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
