Reliance Mobile Services — No network coverage

I was using reliance gsm sim card on my mobile Micromax A75 since last 15 days and it worked like a charm a day back. I activated the gprs monthly pack a week ago, everything was working fine till day before - yesterday afternoon. Suddenly reliance network went off and since then I am unable to receive calls (callers receive message as the number is switched off), could not make any calls neither use gprs internet. There is no network coverage in the phone for reliance at my office(vikhroli,mumbai) and even at my home (antophill,mumbai). However, when I am at an open place like garden/railway station; there are 1-2 singal bars. Then I tried using the same sim card in several other phones, the card gave full network coverage. Furthermore, I used a different reliance gsm sim card in Micromax A75 and even that showed full network coverage. Now, it is clear that reliance is purposefully doing this either to avoid me from using gprs or for any other crap reason. When I spoke to one of their support executive for this issue, he tells me that there is maintenance work going on for that in some areas. I wonder, only for my sim card these people are doing maintenance.

After I registered for this complaint in reliance and when I asked the same query online and provided him the complaint number. They are asking the same details that were already provided in the complaint number. Furthermore, they increased my call charges from 1 paise to 1.2 paise. This reliance group is seriously big time cheating company. Please help to resolve this if possible.
