[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Smart GSM — Interruption in outgoing service

M user of smart gsm [protected] and m having balance of rs135 instead of this service provider block my outgoing service on account of indsufficient balance moreover there is no reply from customer care. Pls register my complain against them

Reliance Mobile Smart GSM — Not Providing GPRS Services by Reliance Smart Mobile

I have purchased 303 rs. internet voucher on 17.09.08 of Reliance Smart Mobile Connection and so manytimes i called to customer care but i can not received settings and i unable to use internet. i have messaged ALL at 55100 also for service as guide by customer care. I noted down my imei no. & h/s no. to customer care but till this time i unable to use internet from my phone. i got problems due to customer care service behaviour and i have lost so much time & moneyfor it. Customer care executives saying so much time for waiting to receive services but i have not got. I Think they are misguiding & making customer problems & tensions. plz. guide will u adjust my time period of 30 day validity & money i lost for this service using phone gprs. i am an old customer of smart mobiles a relince gsm service, my mobile no. is [protected]. i just want to ask what kind of service they provide, from last 2 days i m trying to recharge my account but unable to do so, every retailer is saying there is some problem in SMART server. if they take so much time in shorting out these problems then we the consumers are suffering but i think they dont think about us. i want to ask when it will be shorted out.

Reliance GSM Mobile Internet — Unable to subscribe to Mobile Internet

hello,
i'm studying in chennai. i bought this reliance gsm sim 2 months back. but ever since i bought this sim i coulnt subscribe any plans of mobile internet. When i tried subscribing it shows an error "Origin server returned 500 Status". I've tried giving complains to the customer care nearly 10 times. everytime they would give a complain number. finally a call from gprs technical department from mumbai came regarding the complaint. but he too couldnt solve it. Then i found out that this problem happens to be with all the gsm sims in chennai. my reliance number is [protected]. Right now i use airtel number [protected]

Reliance Mobile — CHEAP SERVICE

i have reliance mobile service.
i have a prepaid account but every time reliance customer care activate any type of service without my conformation & cut my balance.
i had already registered as a DND still i had recevied any stupid calls & sms.
Post complaint at www.pgportal.gov.in to Department of Telecommunication.
All Followin numbers have faced same problem this month.

Reliance GSM Mobile Service — unable to use GPRS SERVICE

I am DEEPAK BATRA.My mobile number is [protected].I m now in INDORE .I am a student.I have been using RELIANCE GSM GPRS service from 1 month but in this month on 17 dec 2009 i had recharged my account with Rs 303 for internet but unable to use it.I had also complained to customer care to provide me manual setting on 19 dec at 8am & they told me that it will be provided to you in 48 hours. COMPLAINT ID[protected] TAKEN BY MISS SUNITA but till now more than 72 hours happened & they still not sending me settings & moreover they are not taking my complaint & also their customer care number dont get connected.& because of this mental harresment happened to me.& also huge time and amount have been lost because of this.

Reliance Mobile Smart GSM — Mobile Number Porting

I have submitted the request for Porting my Mobile no. [protected] to the Raliance Mobile GSM services for changing the services from Reliance to DOCOMo. But the Reliance is not releasing my mobile phone number. I do'nt want to avail the services of Reliance. I request that my number must immediately be released for porting.

Reliance GSM — Outgoing Services

Dear Authority,

This is in regards to my service issue with Reliance GSM services. I have my Rel GSM number [protected], since last 2 years,as i was not in Andhra pradesh for 7 months my outgoing services got deactivated and after a number of requests and complaints[protected] spoke to supervisor and she agreed that within a week time the issue will be solved i raised this request on 31 may 2011 and and the target time given to me was 08 June which unfortunately has not been resolved yet.Today dated 15 june 2011 i spoke to Rajini (Supervisor) from the customer service department of Rel GSM she told me that the issue has been resolved and still i have the same outgoing problem with my outgoing services, so after a long arguement she told me that she will take a complaint again and gave me the complaint number[protected] at 2.20 P.M and gave me the target time 8.20 P.M i.e 6 hours. Hope that this issue gets resolved else i should make sure that i never trust RELIANCE Business.
