[Resolved]  Reliance Motor Insurance — No Copy of Motor insurance received from Reliance

Sub: - No Copy of Motor insurance recieved from Reliance


I have renewed my motor insurance on Oct 5th Oct 2011. According to Reliance Insurance they have mention in the website that they will deliver the hard copy of insurance with 2-3 working day which i never recieved till date. I called Customer Care department more than 10 times regarding with this issue. According to Reliance Team ( Anand - TL ) they couldn't send the hard copy of insurance because they dont have any courier service ( which is not acceptable).

Most annoying part is when i asked for the manager they completed denied the Manage request and the reason to deny is ' No Manager is not available right now). This shows that they dont have any concern for Reliance Customer.

I have already send a mail to head office on december and i got a call from some assosiate promised that they will express deliver the Hard Copy of insurance with in 72 hrs. And they given the Tracking number which does not exits with Express Courier team.

When i spoke to concerned departartment, they claims that they send the Hard copy 3 times. And the funny part is i got only one tracking number which never exits in the courier team.

I already send a mail to head office through the mail option available in reliance website and i got the call on the same day. But No go.

I am Shijin, I took a reliance general insurance Online for my two wheeler on Oct 5th and the same day i called the Customer support and requested for Hard copy of the Document. Despite me calling 10 times i have not recieved the hard copy of the document till date (almost 2 months).
The Customer support team was not at all helpful and have been giving me a runaround from my second call. Everytime i call the CS team, they will give lame excuse telling that the the document was despatched and will give tracking number which the courier company is not aware of. I spoke to Anand ( he introduced himself as one of the lead) atleast 5 times and was not helpful at all, his recommendation was to go to the nearest Reliance insurance and get the document from them (which is highly unacceptable from a customer point). Lately i spoke to Sariga from the FTR team and was informed that the document will be despatched to my bangalore address. Today i called again and the CS team has to tell the same story and they gave me a tracking number: ([protected]). Express it has no detail about this.

Note: If i have to go the nearest branch and collect the doc, what is the point of renewing the policy online. If i want to cancel the policy they will charge me 20% again loss is mine, despite of waiting for the document for 2months.

Please respond immediately or i have to move legally and with the consumer court.


Silll they failed to send the Hard copy and No reponce from the Reliance insurance.


I will strongly recommend to my office colligues and especially to Yamaha and Tata indica team not to suggest to take reliance anymore.

sir,
I am from chennai my mechanic who is having a company named MAGMA MOTORS in pursawalkam is fraud person who cheats all the insurance by filing forged claims, and even the survivor is getting money and not inspecting the vehicle and the chief officer in Reliance company near Shastri bhavan is getting free repair from him and passing the bill, this is a loss to the company and also to public. Will it be rectified by the Reliance.?
