the surveyor & customer care promised on their own knowledge that maximum within 7 days money will transfer in your account, but till now aprox 12-14 day, nothing will happened regarding from your side.

According to Reliance Insurance they have mention in the website that they will deliver the hard copy of insurance with 2-3 working day which i never recieved till date.
