Reliance Netconnect Data Card — pathetic speed

i was using mobile office scheme of airtel for internet surfing which was good however i bought a reliance netconnect datacard which offered a speed of 153kbps however the actual speed is below 5 kbps and it takes 5 minutes to open a webpage.i have been blatantly robbed off my 3000 rupees by reliance the cheater.Never buy a reliance datacard.It will be better to throw 3000 in a river rather than buying a reliance data card.
