[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Billing related harassment

I want to make a complaint regarding poor service and irresponsible attitude
from Relience Netconnect. I had a Net connect - [protected].

The bill for june was 827 Rs. and as my Internet Banking (The mode i use for
payment) was not working , i was told that a representative can come and accept
Check payment.
I paid the amount by Check which got cashed on 14th July (check number - 940632 HDFC Bank). A few days later , when i found
that my internet is not working, i called up the customer care.I was informed
that due to Non Payment of Bill , your services has been disconnected.I was
shocked and told them to initiate it as the payment has already been made. Then
the services was started again in a day.

4-5 days later they cut the connection again. I called the customer
care and i was told that the services has been discontinued due to non payment
of bill.This was really absurd as the amount has already been paid long back and
i am being harassed even after paying.He told that a service request has been
initiated and your internet will work again in 3 working days.

I sent them multiple mails,all the screenshots of my Netbanking statement confirming the payment..still they have cut my connection since July.I was getting regular calls from them asking to make payment (which i had done already).This has caused me trmendous mental agony and i want to have this case registered for me.

Reliance telecommunication limited — internet and landline not working

Dear sir , my land line and my broad band internet connection are not working properly . my land line is totally dead for a long time and what to say about my internet connection .hardly any day goes when it works properly without showing the following lines SERVER NOT FOUND and CONNECTION TIMED OUT . PLEASE DO SOMETHING IN RESPONSE TO THIS COMPLAINT . MY LAND LINE NO. IS 3042399. THANK YOU

Reliance Netconnect — Cheque was cashed without providing internet connection

Hello Sir,

My name is Kalyan Alapati. In the month of July/August 2011, I applied for landline telephone and internet connection. An agent from Reliance Communications collected required documents and cheque (for installation) from me. After 7 days, he called and told me that he could not provide internet connection or landline as they do not have coverage in that area. He told me that he would cancel my application and cheque. But, in Dec 2011, cheque was cashed without providing telephone and internet connection. I called up Reliance Communications, contacted Nodal Officer many times over email. They say that they do not have any records of this transaction. I have my bank statement with me. I am attached screenshot of bank statement. Please help me getting my money back. Request you to lodge a complaint on Reliance Communications. Thank you.
