Dear Sir,
The Reliance has refunded the 15 Rs for the first time (I have caught them red handed). But they have done the same thing today (22 nd July, 2013) in the evening. I got a message of deduction of 5 Rs for some software application (Shemaroo) which was not possible because the sim card was in a very basic phone which didn't have that internet/any special facility. After complaining, they refunded the money.
But this is going on without any regret from the costumer care representative/company. They are mentally harassing us and harming us monetarily by deducting the money fraudulently. They are deducting money even when i have stopped all the value added services when i have detected their fraud.
This was going on for last several months. Kindly provide us relief from these fraud practices and get us our money back which was deducted because of activation of these VAS by the company staff itself. On getting caught, they make different types of excuses and put the blame on us.
