I RECHARGE MY MOBILE AFTER A LONG TIME BECAUSE THE SERVICE OF RELIANCE MOBILE IS VERY VERY BED NOW AGAIN I TRY AGAIN SO YESTERDAY I RECHARGE MY PREPAID MOBILE BY Rs.50/= & GET Rs.42/'= TALKTIME FOR THE SAME RECHARGE, BUT TO DAY BEFORE 10 MINUTES I RECEIVED A MESSEGES FROM RELIANCE MOBILE
"YOUR PREPAID ACCOUNT BALANCE IS CURRENTLY Rs.12.60.PLEASE RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT SOON TO ENJOY UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE"
I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DEDUCTED Rs.30/= FROM MY PREPAID ACCOUNT.
PLEASE ASK FOR REFUND THE SAME .

Reliance mobile prepaid — CHARGES DEBITED

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE RELIANCE MOBILE NO:[protected] UNDER PREPAID SERVICES.I AM USING THIS MOBILE SINCE LAST TWO YEARS. SINCE LAST ONE & HALF MONTH 3 OR 4 TIMES RS.10 & RS.9 IS DEBITED TO MY ACOUNT WITHOUT USING OR ASSIGNING ANY SERVICE LIKE CALL FORWARDING, CALL WAITING, OR ANY MUSIC. OR ANY OTHER SERVICE LIKE RWORLD.
I HAVE GIVN COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS TO RELIANCE HELPLINE VIDE MY COMPLAINT REF NO:70278305 & 70392425 AND ALSO SEND EMAIL BUT NOT GET ANY PROPER REPLY. AFTER GIVING THIS COMPLAINT AGAIN RS.10 DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT ON 23RD JUNE 2008
I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS CHARGES IS DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT.I AM NEVER USING RWORLD OR NEVER ASSIGNING ANY SERVICES ANY TIMES.PLEASE ALSO NOTE CHARGES WHICH DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT BY RELIANCE IS NOT TRANSPARENT IN NATURE THERE IS ALWAYS HIDEN THING WHICH NORMAL PEOPLE CANT UNDERSTAND BEFORE USING.
WHEN I AM CALLING ON HELPLINE ALWAYS GET REPLY THAT DATA IS NOT AVAILABLE, SYSTEM IS UPDATING. EVEN I HAVE VISITED RELIANCE WEB WORLD STORE BUT THEY ALSO CANNOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM

my cell no [protected], from last month in my phone, devotional service, redio station, news service automatically activated, they get my complaints only for devotional service activation & give me 30 rs back,
but after this they cant take complaint about redio station activation, & news activation even not interested to told how this service is automaticaly activated, they suggest me go to consumer court or tri

My Bother uses Reliance GSM, uses Nokia N72, recently he uses GPRS new scheme like RS:39/- and RS:81/- unlimited plan for limited period GPRS service, and he uses mail portal and after that network failed on that period and he didn't use the services and when he checked his balance his RS:100/- has been deducted, he asked customer care and customer care told him you have used R world and your mobile set is Nokia 1620. again after that he recharged with RS:81/- for GPRS limited service and again RS:100/- deducted for unknown cause, and the customer care executive not responding properly and again miss coating the wrong thing.

As i am a Telecom Engineer (Alcatel-Lucent, Bhopal) this is totally failure of administration that no response has been yet taken by any person of Reliance. As you can see in you system the "customer claiming that you have charged during those period as you network on these region was completely Down.

kindly look into the matter as i am Telecom engg, i know what to do next.

Reliance Mobile — Wrongly Charged Bill

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am a Consumer of Reliance Broadband Usage. My mobile no for the Broadband+ is [protected]. I want to submit complaint they have charge me the wrong bill on the basses of prodata bases. As i was using 1 gb Plan before, then i have activated by talking with the customer care 5Gb plan. After Visiting the site i come to know that there is a 10Gb Night Addon Pack is available that (1Gb, 5gb, 10gb and more) User can activate by adding 199 more in the bill so i put my request on that. After when i got the bill the figures are strange for me. They calculate the bill in Three Modes
My billing cycle is 17-18 every month

1. 18 to 22 ( 1gb) Plan That is Alright
2. 23 to 5 (5gb Plan) Not Right (Yes i have activated this on 5th but its not been for up to 5 its up to 17 because i dint stop the services)
3 5 to 17 (5gb + 10gb Night Plan) why they have changed my 5 gb billing plan .. as on the website it is showing a addon pack. and Addon pack ll never change ur plan. Its addition to plan.

Reliance India Mobile — Renewal of service without any intimation

Dear Sir

I am a Reliance India Mobile user from last 2 n half year. My number is [protected]. I never send any msg or request to your company to activate my voice chat services. but company activate this service. so many time i contact to customer care service regarding to close this service because i dnt want this service and they give me a number to make a call and follow the instruction to disconnect this service and i successfully did it. but again your company activate this service on my number and took charges. again i contact customer care centre but they didn't give me any positive response to me even they are not able to tell me that voice chat service is activate from their end or on my request. so its my humble request that please disconnect voice chat service from my number [protected] as soon as possible for my convenience.

I am using your Prepaid conection With vide No [protected] i had E-rechargerd with RS -63 on 23.08.09 and get-Rs-55 TT Rs-8Promo TT i am very great surprising while i have checked my prepaid A/c Balance i got Rs - Only-RS -25 on 26.08.09. My A/c has been debited with Rs-30/- without any call diling and without any used..the same time i have informed to your costomer executive but i have not get any satisfactory answer from your side i request you to please reverse Rs-30/- in my A/c which is debited by inlegaly by you. other wise i have no any option to go to the costomer court.

Reliance GSM Service — WRONGLY CHARGED DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT

WRONGLY CHARGE FOR NEWS PACK

Respected Sir,

I am Satish Jain I am user of Reliance Mobile (GSM) prepaid since last 2 year my mobile no. is [protected]. On 22.02.2011 at evening 8.00pm to 8.45pm my balance has been deduct Rs.30/- after 1 hour when i check my main Balance i shocked what is this, then I called Reliance Customer care at 9.30 pm for deduction of money from my account, but he told that please call after 2 hour due to some tecnical problem, then i call again at 12.30 am to Coustomer care, then he give me information you are activated a News Pack by dialing "*123*11# " but i told him that I am not activated any this type of services they do not listen any thing and said that This Services Are Activated By You, this are not fault by system.so we can't help us for this purpose, but I am 100% sure that I am not dail any this stupid type of no to activate of any service, so I requested you to please please take a action & refund my wrongly charge amount as early as possible.

So I Further request you to please take a neccesary action because 1/paisa is important form me. which are make by hard working day and night.

Normally I check my main Balance I shocked what is this, then I called Reliance Customer care at 3.08pm for deduction of money from my account, but no one can receive then I call again at 3.40pm to Customer care but same result, I am 100% sure that I am not dail any stupid type of no to activate of any service, so I requested you to please please take a action & refund my wrongly charge amount as early as possible.

So I Further request you to please take a necessary action because 1paisa is important form me. which are make by hard working day and night.

Reliance GSM — Wrongly Debited

I am a customer of Reliance from Baroda with mob no. [protected]. Before 5days ago dated (29.04.2012) Recharge timings (08:07pm) ago at night i have recharged my mobile SMS Scheme of Rs39 to access text messaging. I requested them (customer care) to deactivate the auto renewal scheme of SMS but again they fails to do so & on the next day i charged again Rs39 for message charge what the hell is company doing, i also talked with the reliance customer care but they didn't gave ma refund as balance, so finally i complaint here to you about your companies carelessness which customers have to suffers alot.
