[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — Unnecessary deduction of Amount

I am a customer of Reliance GSM Service having 2 mobile connection[protected] &[protected] , and for the same deduction of RS 30/- has been done from my Prepaid Balnce of both the number , without any intimation . Please look into the matter and revert back my deducted balance i.e RS 30/- in the the connection

Reliance GSM — Reg.. Amount Deducted from My Account

Hi,



I am Prepaid Customer of Reliance. I am using GSM-SIM Since last 5 month.

Last week Friday (21-May-2010).I got a call from your Reliance Customer Care Number is :[protected].



The Person was Said my Number was selected for Lucky Dip and he said you can chat with your friends and also listen songs Free by calling this number: 56300111.



He said this offer is free for 3 days and if you like this offer after 3 days every day from your account 1 rupee will deducted.

But I I don’t required this facility and not at all have I needed this kind of service. I already informed reliance Customer Care center this to Friday only. They said that service is deactivated.

But when i called to Customer Center to Enquiry about that service they said 30/Rs is deducted from My Account.

How can it’s possible to deduct amount from Account? And also I tried to this number[protected] so many times but no one is picked that phone.what kind of service it is??



I want that 30/rs amount which was deducted from Account.



And also one more kind information your reliance GSM Network is too bad and too worst. I think regarding this issue you are getting so many Complaints!!



Is this network is still in Testing Phase?

a amount of Rs-41/-has been deducted in last 24 hours.when i called the customer care the are telling that this is because or auto renewal of CRBT service.but i told them that i have not send any request for that.in reply they are saying that amount cannot be refunded

Deducted Rs 30/- on 6/12/2010 with out information & complain was not registered though repeated request was made in reliance smart consumer care & same type of deduction was also made thrice but the amount was not refunded by the company and becoming a regular practice of deducting without prior intimation and no complain is registered by reliance smart consumer care after repeated request which clearly indicates fraud.
so do kindly do the necessary to poor customer like me.

In past also same have been occurred , it had already confirmed to relaince in past written email that I only need incoming and out going call and no other service .
But they are deducting unnecessarily from my account, without any confirmation or intimation for the deduction.

Further recently no package have been activated / requested by me and neither it is required .

In view of above reliance should return my deducted balance .

Reliance GSM — Unnecessary deduction of amount

Please note that my mobile No : is [protected] , recently I have faced two times deduction (approximate Rs: 80) from my balance without using any VAS on my mobile .
In past also same have been occurred , i have already confirmed to reliance in past in written email that I only need incoming and out going call and no other VAS service .
But they are deducting unnecessarily from my account, without any confirmation or intimation for the deduction.

Further recently no package have been activated / requested by me and neither it is required .
also when i called their customer care they gave me blant reply and told that they are not going to return my money back . and gave a complain No :[protected] by sms.

i have proof of past email where i confirmed that i cont need any kind of value added service . if again this occurs i have to initiate legal proceeding with proof and ask for 1 lakhs reimbursement against harashment from past 6 months.

also i request relkaince people to not call me and disturb me if they want to communicate please email to [protected]@iocl.co.in

The company deducting the amount from balance any time which is without any cause and without any information. there services are very poor and there custmer care services are also very bad.

I have been regularly complaining at your customer care for last couple of months. Few days back I got a waiver amount of Rs 614 on ground of my complain. I even complained at consumer forum and grahak seva.My grahak seva complain number-31311. I thought finally my complains being undertaken but to my surprise yesterday again there has been deduction. my balance stood 635 till yesterday afternoon. By the evening it become Rs614.yesterday I made just one std call for 10min and for which Rs5 was deducted. Today morning my balance stand to be RS 599.Will you give an explanation why these deductions are being made????I am really tired of regularly complaining here. Will there be no full stop to these issues of mine????? Why these continuous harassment on my part???Let me make it clear, at my number no value added services activated. Except Rs 39 sms pack nothing subscribed to my number. Then why theses deductions???? Did you give the waiver amount just to take it back in instalments???? The deductions that are made from the account is also very cleverly done so that one do not notice. But since I already had an issue so I kept an eye on the regular deductions. While u have credited the waiver amount even then simultaneously the old practice of continuous deductions are going on!!!!!!!!!even today I got an sms from reliance ”Dear customer as per your serial no.[protected] waiver of Rs 2 is posted in your account.”
I am in no more mood to keep complaining. In last two days again a sum of about Rs 40 being deducted. i am fedup of all these. Resolve all these matter for full and final.

today morning i got one message that my health heart alert has been activated & it charged 30 rs. for one month.
can anybody tell me that who gave them right to start this service without me consent or i have not send any message or call to them.

what a poor service by anil ambani people.

I m anamika mishra, i am gsm realince customer, un-necessary messags coming from network.and deducting balance from mobile.when i ever try to call customer care number, its always busy and never i get solution from my peoblem from customer care, i also tried to unsubscribe this service but, didn’t get any satisfactory solutions from this.pleassssss i request you to resolve my problem, my gsm mobile number is [protected].its continuously deducting my balace, i harashed from it.other wise i will contact to consumer forum.

This is to Complaint against reliance gsm services india the worst network & services in india.they were deducting the amount from mobiles with out any reason say tht we have activated the offers. if we call to customer care number they were not responding clearly .pls take action against the copany

Myself is Akshayver Gupta from Jaqmnagar, Gujarat . I am a central govt Employ in Ministry of Shipping, Jamnagar. My Reliance GSM No. is - [protected] . My complaint detail is following. I am on tour to Gopnath ( Dist_- Bhavnagar) reg. official work from 20/04/12 to 19/05/12 . There is no network coverage area at Gopnath, so i can"t use my GSM no during tour days( from 20/04/12 to 19/05/12). But my main balance has deducted Rs 160 to 165. So i complaint in Custmer care on 22/05/12 after reaching in coverage area. But the Custmer care have not taken proper response reg. my problem& complain which i am suffering due to your company side.I have also complaint on 01/06/12 to custmer care reg my balance deducted problem. then i have to talk your representive name details- Muksdh Solanki (Supervisor Ahmedabad), Ankur, Nikhil, Surendra Chowdhary, Dheeraj, Shakir, Parthiv Patel, Rajesh Batra, Naveen Patel, Shahnavaj ) reg suffering my main balance deducted problem from my account [protected].they have said that sir your main deducted balance will be returned in shortly time as soon as possible. But now today, my main deducted balance has not returned, So i humbly request to u sir, Pls refund my main deducted balance as soon as possible so that i will be use reliance card without any problem& tention.
