Reliance/NetConnect — NO RESPONSE FOR SERVICE | |||
Respected Sir, I am using reliance net-connect plus withe no.[protected].My plan has fair usage policy of 10GB after which my original speed (3.1 mbps) is lowered to 230.4 kbps and theen restored by after completion of my monthe which is 7the of every monthe but today is 13the of January and my speed is still 230.4 kbps. I have contacted theeir customer care 4 times on 12the but no satisfactory answers were given to me and we I asked theem to register thee complaint eitheer thee line disconnected or disconnected by theem I have no idea as it happened to me 2-3 times before and didn't even tried to contact me or solve my problem.I am very disappointed withe theeir service as i always make my bill payment well before due date,so theis is my kind request to you to look after theis problem as i know theey are not going to listen to me and will provide me lame excuses. Now I am getting call daily to pay the bill which I don't want becasue they cheated me by assuring me to give the specified speed. So I don't want to pay their any bill after november.
Suggest me what to do next...
