I am trying to familiarize with the service. Made a mistake in booking a transaction. However, the portal does not allow to modify or cancel a transaction. How to do this?
I tried calling the representative. Talked with Roshan and another person before that. Both "cut the line" in middle of the transaction. As Umakant indicated earlier, this seems like consistent behavior.
I wont blame them completely as basic things should be clearly listed in the FAQ. This will reduce
call volume to them. But still does not bode well for the services...
