[Resolved]  RPO Kolkata — Not yet received passport after 5 months

The passport applications were done for my parents on 16 sep 2011 bearing file reference CAL-A[protected] and CAL-A[protected] from RPO Kolkata.Within 1 month we received verification call from local police stn(Aurobindo thana,Durgapur) and they cleared the same from their side and forwarded it further from their end.Now the appln bearing ref no CAL-A094215 is showing status as 'police report clear and exp to be dispatched by 18 jan 2011' whereas the other one CAL-A094225 is still showing status 'Police report not received' although both were applied on same date and the police cleared both the applns on same day.


Its already 4.5 months now and still we are not sure when will we be receiveing the passports.Innumerable mails have been sent to RPO Kolkata and several attempts made to call them.But no reply from them and no one picks up the call as well.

Need urgent attention in this regard.
