i sreekanth.singaraju Purchased Samsung split ac 1.5 ton model AS18NAXTL .from day one I am facing problems, I lave been keep on complaining to the service people and customer care for several times but no one responded to me and they are giving reckless answers to me. today I went to the dealer and complain to him about the problem I am facing, he personally spoke to the Samsung people and told me they will come to my hose today.as he said your people has come to my house and check the product and said there is a leakage in compressor which is a manufacturing defect .i told to them I want this product to be replaced with new one.
I have been keep on complaining to you people, unless a dealer takes action on you, you will not be responding to customer .this shows the irresponsible towards the customer .If my product is not replaced with new on with in 2 days of time, I will be filing case in consumer cort. so kindly take proper action in this case.
