I also bought a Samsung 1 Ton window AC about 2 years ago., but there is repeatedly some problem or the other. Once the service engineers said the compressor had blown off and after repeated requests it was changed and for no fault of mine, had to pay transport charges or rs. 600. and again within a few months it did not cool. Then they said the gas is exhausted and has to be refilled for which i had to pay money. again transport charges, And when it was fixed, it was not properly done and the whole unit generated lots of noise. Again we had to run behind them . The interest shown by the dealer and the company when selling and dumping to a customer is not there when a service request is made. Now again for the second time within one year of gas filling, an ac mechanic is saying gas has to be refilled, ... again transporting charges, gas charges, waste of time, anxiety... oh God, will these companies ever have some interest in proper service. Once a few years ago., Samsung was one of the better companies in giving proper service., ( may be until they captured the market ) now it is also joining other companies in poor service. I dont know what is the solution... can any one suggest a better way. Is there a company which can be trusted????
