Samsung — 2motors not working

Dear Customer Care,

This is to inform you that our Samsung Washing Machine is not working due to spinning & dryer motors has been burnt, this has been checked & confirmed by your service person. we have asked him to bring the new motors to replace the same but till now nobody has responded even after our vigorous follow up. I have also registered the complaint to your customer care but not yet responded.
Pl revert with your action Plan and confirm.
