[Resolved] Samsung 55 Inch 3d Led Smart Tv (6200 Model) — No dates given to fix my problem | |||
It has been a really a pathetic experience for me with a new Samsung 55 inch 3D LED smart TV (6200 model) that I purchased in January 2012. 3D was not working once the installation was completed. I raised a complaint on 3rd January for the same and was told that a certain component had to be replaced and it will take atleast 1 to 2 weeks. After that - there was no update and then they told me that they will get the TV replaced as the component was not available and went through that process. I waited for 2 weeks and then on January 26, 2012 - the TV completely died (display was not coming up). When I called them up and told them about that - they mentioned that for my earlier complaint regarding 3D - the TV cannot be replaced (as the request has been rejected by their Management) and they have been asked to replace the part - which will take 2-3 weeks. I told them that this is completely ridiculous and my TV has had so many issues - and I want a replacement or have this fixed immediately (not wait for 2 weeks).
