[Resolved] Samsung Ac — defective ac unit | |||
My name is Haresh Popatlal Sukhadiya reside at 522/2, Nandanvan Society,Nr. Gh-6 Circle,B/h Amul Parlour,Sector-22,Gandhinagar. I have purchased a samsung ac model AC-SAM-SPLIT-1.5 T-AS182SGD-2 from it's dealer Next Retail India Ltd at drive-in-road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad-380015 as on[protected].The problem of this unit is as below: 1.The delivered product was not company sealed. 2.That time I noticed the Br. Manager about the unseled the company packing and he told me we have opened the product just to see that whether it is ok with its parts or not 3. But at the time of installation a cooling is not well,further I compalined about the problem of cooling with the dealer as well as with the Samsung Co. 4.Thereafter a engineer of company after one weak came for inspection to see what the problem for cooling,he reported for the break of cooling coil for that reason a unit can't give the cooling well. 5. At the time I demanded to replace the unit to Naxt as well as to Samsung Co.,but they did not replace the unit,but convinced me for first of the repair the coil than after if the problem is not solved we will see. 6.So I convince with their promise and I ready for the repair of coil,a engineer has welded the copper coil and get the ready this unit. 7.I call in samsung co. on tall free no.[protected] for service o[censored]nit for low cooling as on[protected], a engineer has inspected the unit and he gave me the result a compressor is not working properly and its needs to be changed and he changed the compressor. So I completely harassed about it from begining of purchase of this unit.Because at the time of purchase I selected the Vedeocon brand Ac but on duty Br. Manager asked me to buy this product of Samsung showing me the goodness of this unit better than the vedeocon but right now I feel cheated.So I want the soltion of this, and I want to replace the unit. sorry i am not agree with your reply. your representative replaced the compressor of my AC without my permission. he bluffed my wife that he is replacing the compressor right now and he will proceed the complain to the company regarding replacing the whole unit.i was against all these from the very first day when i came to know that the AC was not company sealed. it was opened by the showroom and there was something fishy.
