MY self Sanjay Garg from Mumbai registered for Samsung Window Airconditioner servicing on 14th April 09 on Samsung customer care no [protected]. In service request i specially requested to send technician on 18th April between 10AM-12noon. My service complaint no was [protected]. I was assured by customer care executive that somebody will attend on my complaint as per my request. on 18th April 09 i havn't got any call from samsung, then at 11:30am i called customer care no[protected], Customer care executive infrmed me that somebody will attend to my complaint before 8pm. Till today i.e. 21st April 09, no body had attended on my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |

Since yesterdaly my Samsung Split Air conditioner is not working, while switch on the air conditioner after few munites automatically it will turn off. and the cut out will down, kindly attend this problem immediately, because tlhis summer is horible.
