[Resolved]  Samsung B210 — socket used for charging is not working and though it is in guarantee company refused to replace saying that it is damaged

We have brought samsung b210 mobile on 8th Nov 08 and it is in waranty period. IMEI no is 356591/02/035542/4 and serial no is RW1QA84422Y
MODEL IS -SGH-B210
Now there is problem with the socket used for charging . when we went to shop they told that we have to give it to Samsung service center. so when we made a contact in authorised center in Pune they told that it will not be replaced or repaired by Samsung as it is damaged. But If we are handling this with care and then also if it is damaged then what quality these people are using? Now they are asking repairing charges of Rs 1900/ which is cost of mobile itself ! We are using many Samsung equipments but due to this we are now thinking on that decision that henceforth not to buy any product of Samsung .

It is a kind request to concern person to solve this problem.
