Samsung B7722 — New Mobile is not working | |||
Hii, I bought a new samsung mobile phone B7722 on 07.04.2012 and I have attached the details below: Dealer: HASH10 telecom Pvt. Ltd. 116, Madani Complex, 100ft. road, Coimbatore-12. Ph:[protected] Invoice no: 71 date&time: 07.04.12 & 01.50PM. IMEI no: [protected] Amount: 10500INR COMPLAINT: The mobile got repaired the same day on the purchase, 1. The Display button is not working and the display too. 2. My ears are paining while speaking on the handset. 3. The sound from the mobile is similar to china handset mobiles and irritating. I contacted the Samsung customer care regarding this , and they did not respond properly and I demanded them to replace my mobile with a new one or else refund the amount paid. They told that the mobile problem is rectified and they can't replace me with a new mobile. I am not willing to take this mobile since it got too much repairs the very same day of purchase. So , plz render judgement and refund me the amount paid from the samsung company. I am totally disappointed with this mobile and the manufactured company. Thanks in advance, N. no reply from you yet. So, I am gonna file a suit on this issue in Consumer Court. No other way to solve this issue.
