AS MY SAMSUNG BIOSLEEP AIR CONDITIONER MODEL NO AS18FKXXTL WHICH I BOUGHT IT ON 21 APRIL 2008 AT BAJAJ ELECTRONICS PUNJAGUTTA WAS GIVING TROUBLE, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE NO 30308282 ON 02/05/09 AND REGISTERED A COMPLAINT. SO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXE TOLD ME THAT MY COMPLAINT ([protected]) WILL BE ATTENDED ONLY ON 04/05/09 AS 03/05/09 HAPPENED TO BE SUNDAY, HE HAS TAKEN ALL MY DETAILS LIKE MY PHONE NO, ADDRESS, MAIL ID, E.T.C. ON SUNDAY I.E 03/05/09 SOME PEOPLE CAME TO MY HOME OUT OF SUDDEN SURPRICE CLAIMING TO BE TECHNICIANS FROM SAMSUNG. AS THEY WERE NOT EXPECTED AND ONLY WOMEN FOLK WERE THERE AT HOME THEY ASKED THEM TO COME ONLY ON MONDAY AS PER THE APPOINTTED TIME, SO THEY LEFT THE PLACE. NOW AS IT IS WEDNESDAY NOBODY HAD TURNED UP THOUGH I WAS MAKING MY COMPLAINT REGISTERED ATLEAST TWICE SINCE MONDAY. WILL SAMSUNG START CARING FOR CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS.
