[Resolved] Samsung — Black band at top of LED screen | |||
Hi, I am Jayant Verma from Gurgaon, Delhi. I had recently purchased 40 inches LED TV from Singapore and within few months the display panel shows a band on top which disappears after 15-20 mins but picture is hazy / unclear. Samsung engineer visited and have insisted that support under warranty cannot be provided and have to replace the panel at substantial cost (Rs. 23000) which shall carry only 1 month warranty. Samsung does not take responsibility / liability for poor product design. Was this information helpful? | |||

Same here!!! I got my screen replaced by paying money but within a year the problem has appeared again. Samsung is making money by deliberately making poor quality screen/by not sorting this problem out.
