Dear sir, I have taken Samsung SIII phone from authorized Samsung dealer from DB City Mall, Bhopal worth rupees 29500/- last month on 08 July 2013. As soon as we came out of showroom after buying, it switched off of its own. We went back and representative said u would have pressed switched off button. Next day onwards the phone started behaving erratic. It used to switch off on its own and restarts again and again. We went to showroom and he sent us to service center. Service center fellow updated software and promised that it will not be repeated. 1.) 07 days it went well but after that again it started behaving the same. It switches off and restarts again on it s own. 2. )It hangs 100 times in a day. 3.) Now after one month, battery has also started behaving funny. After 2 hrs of charging, battery status increases only by 5 %. Now u imagine after buying new phone we were standing at service center and still the problem exists. Now i want a solution that I do not want this phone and ill not recommend also anybody to take Samsung phone. My cust id is 5131556. I brought new Samsung LED and my first payment is due on 5th of sept which is fine but with the same i see that there is one more Loan which is Active and the name of it is BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN, Loan Ac No is 404BAL03868515 and it also states that 465 Rs will be deducted every month which a total of 6000 and above. Listen i dont want tat to happen, whatever it is some insurance or some scheme i dont care, I request you to remove it immediately and i dont wanna be charged anything extra apart from my LED loan which is 3327. Please do the needfull. I wrote to wecare and did not get proper response so i want you to please look into it and Cancel what ever that is so tat i dont get charged anything extra on 5th of sept.
