I have bought a CTV Details are as follows- Product-Samsung CTV Model No.-CS21A551MLKXXL Serial No.- K1083ZQB1092801D Bill No.- 2802 from Address of the Vendor.-Chowringhee, Ranaghat, 741201, Nadia, West Bengal. Mobile No.[protected] on 20/02/2011, There was some problem with the picture of the tv. The after loging complaints the company has sent their mechanic twice. But the problem persist. After that I loged complaints several time, my last complaint no.is (BP No.)- [protected], but they have not yet responded. Please look in to the matter asap.
