Samsung D780 — answering mode problem

Recently I have purchased a Samsung Duo D780 and a Samsung blue tooth device WEP250. My problem is that though the combination is working well I am unable to receive calls automatically even after switching on to "automatic answer" option under answering mode category on the handset. I have tried all combinations and permutations. Can any one help?

Samsung D780 — Track damage automatically faulty piece

Dear Team,

My mobile have problem from 2 months after repairing its get again fault in 4 month but i dont get mobile replace from samsung center.kindly reply ASAP.there is two week is completed to give my mobile in Vashi center..please replace my mobile i m too irritate from samsung...i alreday talk to manager but they not help me about this issue name is prashant and number is [protected] and he not have manners to talk with customer and vashi center says there is track damage and tht is internal damage its company fault..so you tell me my mobile is in warranty period + i have care about my mobile in 6 months so i m not want to compromise about this issue they said you can earn 60% of mobile why i earn money on stupid fellows..i dnt know anything..issue is only replace my mobile..hope you replace my mobile reply ASAp.

DEAR SIR, I M INFORMING U ABOUT MY MOBILE D780 WAS NOT WORKING WHICH I GAVE TO OUR CITY'S SERVICE CENTER NAME AMBA COMMUNICATION,JWALAPUR ABOUT 65 DAYS AGO.BUT STILL THEY DON'T REPAIR MY MOBILE..AND NOT GIVING ME ANY RESPONSE..TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE..AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE HAVE MISSED YOUR MOBILE..I M VERY UPSET..HOW COULD YOU BE SO IRRESPONSIBLE..YOU HAVE TO PAY ME FOR THIS FAULT..OTHERWISE I WILL MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT..I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION...
