Samsung Dvd Player — Poor Service and No Back Up | |
TO WHOMSOEER IT MAY CONCERN I had bought Samsung DVD Player and CTV Slimfit on Dated[protected] from Samsung Digital Home Sec-8, Chandigarh.Hardly, I had watched 2 movies on the DVD and after that it was not working which I realized on 10th month.After that I tried to contact the Samsung Service Centre and also visited the showroom where I had bought from as it was under warranty.But due to their poor back up Warranty period also expired. After that also I kept getting calls but nobody used to turn up.Anyways one fine day a technician visited but after inspection said that it needs to be brought to service centre. Next day I visited service centre and after a day I got call that DVD is Perfectly Fine and after that also when I watched at home it was non functional. Now again I am running frompillar to post so that somebody could revisit and do the needful but I have just been getting calls and nobody has cared to visit.
