Samsung Dvd Player — poor service | |
My dvd player has been giving me problem since i have bought it. It sometimes automatically switches on to next track while playing video and sometimes the dvd stops and starts from the beginning. I complained this to samsung service centre in pathankot(punjab). They told me that it will be done in a day, but they have taken my dvd player for more than a week and they are delaying its delivery. I WAITED FOR SAMSUNG ENGINEER FOR DVD PLAYER FOR WHOLE DAY ON SATURDAY8.6.09 FOR REPAIRING THE DVD PLAYER. WHY.

i have purchase one DVD palyer sice last year some problem here the no any other local disc run here my DVD player model P 480
